Exlvis Solutions Pvt ltd provides a suite of Products categorized as below.

a)The “Societycity ERP” which provides Central Database which integrated with Tools for Communication, Facility Management, Billing and Accounting.

b) The “Societycity ERP” that digitized Security Workflow with encrypted data which integrated with tool for Visitor tracking, safety and security of apartment complexes.

2. Information you choose to give us

You may choose to provide us with additional Personally Identifiable Information in order to obtain a better user experience when using SocietyCity.

(A) Additional Profile Information. You may choose to provide additional Personally Identifiable Information as part of your Profile (preferred language(s), city, and a personal description). Some of this information as indicated in your account settings is part of your public profile page and will be publicly visible to others.

(B) Address Book Contact Information. You may choose to import your address book contacts or enter your contacts' information manually to access certain features of the SocietyCity.

(C) Other Information. You may otherwise choose to provide us Information when you fill in a form, conduct a search, update or add information to your Account, respond to surveys, post to community forums, interact with other users, participate in promotions/polls, or use other features/ functionalities of the Site. You may also choose to provide information in relation to on-premises vehicle management and your interests etc.

3. Data Security

The Information that you provide, subject to disclosure in accordance with this Policy and Terms of Service, shall be maintained in a safe and secure manner. SocietyCity's databases and Information are stored on secure servers with appropriate firewalls owned by SocietyCity or by third parties.

SocietyCity gives the user right to withdraw his consent by sending an email at Some information/access may still be retained if information has been provided by the RWA management and is necessary for discharge of our services.

Given the nature of internet transactions, SocietyCity does not take any responsibility for the transmission of Information including the Information you provide to SocietyCity. Any transmission of your Information on the internet is done at your risk. SocietyCity does not take any responsibility for you or any third party circumventing the privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.

While SocietyCity will use all reasonable efforts to ensure that your Information is safe and secure, it offers no representation, warranties or other assurances that the security measures are adequate, safe, fool proof or impenetrable.

You acknowledge that as a registered user you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Account such as your Account login credentials and passwords, and that you should not provide these credentials to any third party. If it comes to your knowledge that or if you have reason to believe that your Account credentials have been stolen or been made known to others, you must contact us immediately at You acknowledge that you are responsible for all acts done, using your Account login credentials. SocietyCity is not responsible if someone else accesses your Account on account of your failure to maintain security of your Account credentials.


The Site is only intended for users who are competent to contract under applicable law. If you are not of the requisite age, you are not to provide any Personally Identifiable Information or Sensitive Personal Information. If it comes to SocietyCity's attention that any such information pertains to an individual who is not competent to contract under applicable law, such Information may be deleted without notice to you..


(A)Managing Your Information You may access and update your Personally Identifiable or Sensitive Personal Information through your Account settings. Please note that you do not have the option to connect to third party applications using your Account. Do note however, SocietyCity reserves the rights to save any Non-Personal, Device Information and usage Information and you are not entitled to seek the deletion of the same. SocietyCity at its sole discretion may permit or deny the change of any Information, if it is believed such Information is required to comply with applicable laws.

(B)Rectification of Inaccurate or Incomplete Information You have the right to ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete Personally Identifiable Information or Sensitive Personal Information concerning you (and which you cannot update yourself within your Account) by contacting .


Resident are responsible for maintaining the privacy of thier Your password, verification code, and account information. you choose when you create your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If there is any compromise on Your password You can change Your password using the ‘Forgot Password?’ functionality. Exlvis Solutions pvt ltd will not be liable for any consequence arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

7. Registration of the Direct Customer Account

a) If You are registering the administrative account for the Direct Customer online on the Platforms, You may be required to complete a verification process as part of setting up the account (“Account”).

b) If You registered by Society Admin userid and Password generated by them, After your Account setup you can change your credential only once time. We categorically state the Company has no liability for usage or sharing of information / data by such Direct Customer. They are fully responsible for all activities that occur on the administration account.


You agree that We may at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of the Terms or the Privacy Policy, terminate or restrict or suspend Your access to the Platform, with or without prior notice, and without liability. If there is a suspicion of untoward or illegal activity, we may suspend Your account immediately.


Exlvis Solutions pvt ltd takes no responsibility for abusive content, and it is the responsibility of the users to regulate such content.


You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Products, use of the Products, or access to the Products.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

a) The Exlvis is a technology platform and only provides licenses to its Users to use its proprietary solution to facilitate safety, security, billing and Accounts in your Apartment Complex.

b) The Company does not warrant that the technology platform, information, content, product (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to the Users through the technology platform are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.

c) The Company shall not be liable for any unanticipated or unscheduled down time of all or a portion of the services provided to the Users.

d) The Company shall not be responsible for actions of information sharing by the Direct Customer. The Direct Customer shall be solely responsible and liable for obtaining the requisite permissions from its residents to share their respective information with the Company.

e) You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be held responsible or liable for theft, security breach, or any other unusual or illegal activity that occurs in the premises of the apartment complex /gated complex, as the services of the Company are provided on a best effort basis.

g) The Company will not be liable to You in any way or in relation to the Content, or use of, or otherwise in connection with the Platform. The Company does not warrant that the Platform, information, Content, product (including software) or services included on or otherwise made available to You through the Platform are free of viruses or other harmful components.

i) Our respective investors, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and Us shall not be liable, at any time for any, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Platforms, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or other theory.

12. Support SLA

a) All Support queries are to be lodged using the "Software Support" feature present on the Products. If the issue is related to log in, support email can be sent to

b) All support queries will receive initial response within maximum 24 business hours of Exlvis Solutions pvt ltd receiving the request. Business hours are 9:30AM to 6PM, IST.

13. Online Payment SLA

a)Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment.

b)Transaction fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons.
